Day 20 Etosha to Twyfelffontein 405 km Day 21
Woke up to a wonderful view of zebras, oryx and springboks drinking at the waterhole on another glorious day weather wise. Showered in our rock shower feeling like I was outside however we were in our very comfortable lodge looking out onto this wonderful world. Breakfast was high up on a veranda overlooking this panoramic scenery with delicious food and wonderful people, it was sad to leave this great place. On the road again with gravel roads in okay conditions not much to see the odd donkeys and native people. We had two time trials which where both were on gravel windy dusty roads we did under the time stated so were pleased with our results. We are still running in first place in our category. Made our way to Twyfelffontein which is built under and around some amazingly huge rocks our accommodation is scattered in and amongst the rocks and an absolutely awesome lodge built high on the top of the rocks where we sat and had drinks and meal. The locals again performed their local music with the song Armerula being our favourite where we all joined in, another super night had by all.
